Meet Our Founder

Why is higher education still relevant? If ever I needed advice from a doctor, a welder, or a linguist, I would hope they have some credentials. But college is more than just a degree, it's a safe place where students can explore new subjects, forge friendships with diverse peers, and grow as responsible contributors to society.

Empowering Families:
My Story & the Crypto Solution

As an only child raised in a minority neighborhood, I was bused across Los Angeles to attend better schools and open up opportunities. If there was one thing my parents instilled in me, it was to explore the world and its cultures. And so, when the time arrived for college, I trekked as far away as possible, with parental approval, and settled in Boston to pursue engineering.

From dorm life to lab research and student clubs, I soaked up every bit of academia I could. Between humanities electives and working at the IT department, my peers and I mentored underprivileged high school students in STEM - an experience that truly ignited the teacher in me. Although I later became an engineer and entrepreneur, my most rewarding career was as a Technology Specialist, helping young minds flourish in both public and private schools.

All of which brings up the million dollar question, how can families afford higher education? Aside from scholarships and grants, there are no easy solutions for the majority of students. Traditional college savings plans do not provide the returns or flexibility needed by today's standards. My own family struggled to meet each semester's expenses, plus I still spent years paying off student loans. Having dedicated over ten years as a teacher and IT Director, I saw firsthand the disparity that families faced when considering tuition.

This is where crypto gives me hope, because it brings the possibility of financial freedom to everyone. Having participated in the 2021 bull run, I was inspired by everyday families who finally became debt-free or outright bought a home after years of renting. Anyone can participate since there are no pre-qualifications and no loan managers; simply public computer code that lives online. Crypto is basically a collection of different coins and apps that function like savings accounts or loan contracts, but it's accessible 24/7 and permissionless. Given that Bitcoin debuted in 2009 and multiple Wall Street firms received regulatory approval to offer it to customers, I feel that crypto adoption is just getting warmed up.

And the best part...the longer you hold your crypto, such as ten or fifteen years, the greater the potential for higher gains. But even more importantly, those funds can be used however your student chooses; to start a business, travel widely, or follow any dream they desire. That's the true beauty of crypto; it's flexible, empowering, and offers real freedom and autonomy. So at the very least, consider exploring the various strategies available. My own children's savings are quietly growing in the background; they'll be ready in the next decade or so. Have questions? Please reach out!

Cheers to a brighter future,
